I’ve ordered from onsclothing.com a few times now, the sizing has been super consistent. Relief. I’m usually a medium, and everything I’ve bought fits like a medium, which sounds basic but isn’t always the case online. No awkward surprises or guessing games. Easy. It definitely makes shopping there less stressful since I’m not immediately worrying about returns. Happy
"Packaging felt a little impersonal"
I ordered from onsclothing.com and the packaging was just okay. The box showed up a bit dented, and inside the item was only wrapped in a basic way. Nothing was actually damaged, so it worked out fine, but the whole thing felt a little careless, like I was just another order number getting pushed through. I expected a bit more attention to detail.

I ordered a shirt that looked like a soft beige on the website, but when it arrived, it was more of a yellow-green shade in person. It didn’t look close to what I thought I was buying.
To be fair, I know colors can look a little different depending on your screen or lighting, but this felt way beyond that. If the photos had shown the actual color more accurately, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it.
The return process was more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with, and now I’m not really interested in trying another one. Disappointing overall

"So, my order was mostly right"
so I got my order quickly, and most of the items were exactly what I ordered. One shirt came in the wrong size though, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t the end of the world, and customer service handled it okay, but I still wish everything had been right the first time...

"Return was fine, but the reminders were a bit much"
I returned a jacket because it didn’t fit, and starting the return was straightforward. The annoying part was that everything felt slower than expected, updates took a while, and the refund didn’t come through as quickly as I hoped. Customer service did eventually reply, but it wasn’t exactly speedy. Also, the reminder messages felt way too aggressive, like I was being chased even though I had already done my part. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

"Took longer to arrive than I expected"
I ordered from onsclothing.com and the items themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping was definitely slower than I thought it would be. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I was kind of just guessing when it would show up. It did arrive eventually and everything was okay, but I’m sure the wait was longer than it should’ve been. Not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

"They completely messed up the sizing"
I don’t know who’s in charge of the sizing on this, but they seriously dropped the ball. I ordered my usual size and the fit was completely wrong, like not even close. Super frustrating and a total waste of time.

"Delivery was way too unreliable for me"
I ordered from ONS recently, the delivery part was frustrating. I was looking forward to getting my order, but it ended up taking longer than I expected.
The main issue wasn’t even just the wait, it was the lack of clear updates. I kept checking the tracking, hoping it would tell me something useful, but most of the time I still had no idea where my package actually was.
The clothes might be totally fine, but the whole delivery experience kind of put me off. I don’t mind being patient, but I do want to know what’s going on, so I’m not sure I’d order from them again

Customer service got back to me quickly and they were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. I just wish I hadn’t needed to reach out in the first place, so I’m still a little disappointed overall.

"Great staple for mixing outfits"
I’ve been wearing this with a bunch of things I already had, and it just kind of works with everything. It makes getting dressed easier, which I appreciate. Weirdly, I remember the first time I wore it because I was eating a pickle straight from the jar while trying to decide what shoes to put on. Solid basic piece overall.

"Holding Up Well So Far"
Well... I bought a jacket and a pair of jeans a few months ago, and both are still holding up nicely. The stitching feels solid and they seem durable. The fit isn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with the quality so far...

I ended up returning a shirt because the fit just wasn’t right. The refund came through faster than I was expecting, I’m sure the money was back in my account within a few days. The only small thing was that the email update took a little while to show up, but overall it was a fairly easy process.

I really liked the fit at first, but after one wash the stitching started coming loose. I reached out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message. Disappointing because the item itself was otherwise nice.

I tried reaching out to onsclothing.com about my order and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I sent a couple emails, waited days with no response, and felt like I had to keep checking back and jumping through too many steps just to get a simple update. When they finally did reply, it was really short and didn’t actually help much. The clothes might be fine, but dealing with their customer service was annoying enough that I probably won’t order again

I ordered a shirt it looked nice when it first showed up. But then I felt the fabric and it was way thinner than I expected?? After just one wash, it kind of lost its shape, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching. The fit was okay and shipping wasn’t an issue, but for the price, the quality just didn’t really make sense to me.
